Are the gym equipment CE approved?
Yes, All the strength machines are CE approved, about some cardio machines, accessories, part of them are CE approved
 
How to import from Linosports?
After sign the contract between buyer and LinoSports, Buyer pay the deposit as contract instructed, After receiving the deposit, LinoSports will arrange the production for buyer, after finishing the production, LinoSports will inform buyer to choose a forwarder for arranging the shipment, and now, buyer only need to stay at home and wait for the products.
 
Does Linosports export products in LCL?
Yes, We can export products in LCL, but the extra local charge will be requested for each LCL order.
 
What are the warranty terms for different products?
Normally, 1% free spares parts shipped with your order

1. For cardio machines, whole machine one year, motor 5 years,
2. For strength machines, 10 years for Frame and 1 year for spare parts.
3. About the accessories, 2 years to life long, depends

 
How can I get the spare parts during the warranty period?
Send picture or report to us, we will send you the spare parts by air
 
How can I get the spare parts out of warranty period?
You can place the order for gym accessories or spare parts for gym equipment from our website directly: http://www.Linosportsequipment.com/a/Shopping_Online/, you can order the spare parts on line, and all spare parts are cost price.
 
What is the payment terms?
Normally, TT 30% as deposit and 70% before shipping, For some countries, LC at sight is also acceptable.
 
What is the packages for the gym equipment?
For Strength machines, Pallets, polywood box, cartons, nude packing (bubble wrap)
For cardio machines, Polywood box, cartons
For accessorres, Pallets, polywood box, cartons
 
Is the gym equipment assembled or not?
Depends on customers’ requests.
 
 
What is the delivery date?
Normally for 1*40HQ, it takes 30 days after getting the deposit.
